Clinic marketing: Recruitment campaign

The Moritz Klinik is a specialist hospital for early neurological rehabilitation and a rehabilitation clinic for orthopaedics, neurology, and burns. To attract new nursing staff, the hospital wanted to develop a unique recruitment campaign that would position the clinic as an attractive employer in the region, emphasise its special working atmosphere, and clearly stand out from recruitment campaigns at other clinics.

Who says clinic marketing can’t be colourful and loud? We developed an eye-catching recruitment campaign for the Moritz Klinik that emphasises the numerous benefits for nursing staff and the hospital’s special team spirit. Our campaign puts a personal face on the clinic, giving it an emotional charge and a feeling of approachability. Our “Gönn Dir Moritz” slogan tells the whole story: nursing staff can expect a lot of good things at the Moritz Klinik, so they should really treat themselves to a job change. Members of staff themselves explain exactly what this means in short videos.

Activation

In addition to OOH measures and video testimonials, we also let people in the region experience first-hand what it means to treat themselves to Moritz. To make the campaign even more tangible, we sent the clinic on a summer tour in the form of the Moritz bus. Wherever the bus went, the aim was to convince potential recruits of the many benefits and extras available to them and to turn them into new team members.
