Sozialstiftung Bamberg is one of the largest providers of healthcare and social services in Bavaria. In addition to managing a hospital that offers the full range of care, the foundation runs multiple retirement homes, rehabilitation facilities, and medical care centres in the Bamberg region. Our job was to realign communication for all the foundation’s business areas and transform the online presence into a central communication and marketing platform.

Clinic marketing is all about visibility and long-term patient and customer retention. Through a series of workshops, we put together a strategy for repositioning the four business areas and making their communications more appealing. The new online presence has a user-friendly, needs-based structure that is ideal for showcasing the content and services the business areas provide. The contemporary modular screen design offers full flexibility for adding or expanding content. And thanks to SEO-optimised copy, patients and customers now feel more directly seen, heard, and informed.
